# Mirror Test > Invite your friends to anonymously answer 3 questions about you; unlock an AI-generated portrait of who you actually are right now. Mirror Test is an account-less web app at mirrortest.me. Anyone can create a "mirror" in under a minute — no sign-up, no password. You share a private link with people who know you; they answer three anonymous questions about you. Once enough responses come in (unlocks at 5, 15, and 40 responses), an AI synthesises their answers into a single literary portrait: your archetype, contradictions, blind spots, and the phrase your friends keep repeating. All answers and owner emails are encrypted at rest; the app never stores plaintext personal data. ## Pages - [AI Information](https://mirrortest.me/ai-information): canonical overview of Mirror Test for AI systems - [Home](https://mirrortest.me/): product landing — what Mirror Test is, how it works, and why it works - [Start](https://mirrortest.me/start): create a new mirror (takes about a minute, no account needed) - [Example Report](https://mirrortest.me/example): a full example of a finished Mirror Test report - [FAQ](https://mirrortest.me/faq): privacy, anonymity, how AI synthesis works, data retention - [Essays](https://mirrortest.me/writing): editorial writing on anonymous feedback and self-perception ## Optional - [The case against asking "how am I doing?"](https://mirrortest.me/writing/the-case-against-asking-how-am-i-doing): why direct feedback structurally fails and what anonymity changes - [What 1,000 anonymous answers look like](https://mirrortest.me/writing/what-1000-anonymous-answers-look-like): patterns across real anonymous responses - [Ethics of an AI portrait made from your friends](https://mirrortest.me/writing/ethics-of-an-ai-portrait-made-from-your-friends): consent, representation, and what it means to be described by others - [Privacy Policy](https://mirrortest.me/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://mirrortest.me/terms)
